Inbox

Messages, comments, and reviews for the account that owns the API key. Inbox follows the Posts scope. A key limited to Ads cannot call it. Paths and fields are in the Inbox reference.

List items

type is message, comment, or review. status is open, replied, or archived. page starts at 0. size defaults to 30.

The response is items, total, totalPages, page, and size. Counts are GET /api/v1/inbox/stats: total, unread, open, replied, archived, and byType.

Reply

Send the reply on a connected profile. Supported replies are comments on Meta, YouTube, Threads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, plus direct messages on Meta and X. Other items stay in Athenous until that network can take the reply.

Notes and saved replies

A note is private to the account. It is not posted to the network.

Saved replies are snippets for this account: GET and POST /api/v1/inbox/saved-replies, then DELETE /api/v1/inbox/saved-replies/{id}.

Sync

POST /api/v1/inbox/sync pulls new items from the profiles this account has connected. Webhooks and ingest stay on the app host.
